The full spec sheet
The Sunlux XL-9010 is a pocket-sized barcode scanner that reads both 1D and 2D codes, built for shop counters, stockrooms and small warehouses where a full-size scanning gun would be awkward to carry all day. Its imaging engine uses a 640×480 CMOS sensor and handles the linear symbologies retail depends on — UPC, EAN and Code128 — alongside QR, Data Matrix and PDF417, so it reads printed labels and codes on a phone screen equally well. Three connection modes are built in: Bluetooth, 2.4G wireless through the included dongle, and wired USB, which means the same unit can sit tethered at a till or roam the aisles. 16MB of onboard memory stores scans while it is out of range, ready to upload in a batch once it reconnects. A 1500mAh lithium-ion battery takes about 4 hours to charge over the USB-C port and runs for 10 to 15 hours of continuous scanning, and the casing is rated to survive a 1.5m drop onto a hard floor. It works with Windows, Android and iOS. This suits a grocery, pharmacy, electronics counter or clothing shop running billing software on a laptop or an Android tablet, and it is just as usable for a stock count at the back of the shop with no computer at all. The pocket body slips into an apron between customers, and because it reads from right against a label out to a comfortable working distance, you can scan a box on a shelf without lifting it down.
