Prices in TakaAll prices are in BDT and may change without notice; the price at checkout is the price that applies.
ConfirmationAn order is a request to buy. It is confirmed once we verify payment (or accept it for cash on delivery).
We may cancelFor a genuine pricing error, out-of-stock item, or failed payment verification, we may cancel and refund anything paid.

Payment

Cash on deliveryPay the rider after checking the box. Available across most of Bangladesh.
bKashSend the amount to our number and enter the transaction ID. We ship once it is verified.
CardsCard payment is not available yet. Do not enter card details anywhere on this site.

Delivery, warranty & returns

We deliver inside Dhaka and nationwide by courier; delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Warranty and returns are governed by our Warranty and Returns pages, which form part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Your account & acceptable use

Keep it secureYou are responsible for activity under your account; tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
Fair useDo not attempt to disrupt, scrape or abuse the site or its forms. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability & law

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arrakon is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory consumer rights. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and subject to the courts of Dhaka.
