The Mofii Anni is a wireless keyboard with a retro typewriter face, made for a desk that is meant to be looked at as well as worked on. Round, removable keycaps stand proud of the plate in the manner of an old mechanical typewriter, and the gradient colour sets carry that theme across the whole board. It is a dual-mode keyboard: Bluetooth for a tablet, phone or laptop, and 2.4GHz through the bundled USB receiver for a desktop, so one board can cover two machines. The compact retro layout keeps a full alphanumeric block with F1 to F12 doubling as media shortcuts, and the deck sits at a 9-degree ergonomic tilt on anti-slip silicone pads. Power comes from 2 AAA batteries, which are supplied separately. Gradient keycap sets run to 5 colours, and the Anni is made in mechanical-switch versions as well as standard membrane ones. It suits a writer, a student or anyone assembling a desk with some character, whether that is a corner of a small flat, a dorm room or a home office that doubles as a living room. Because it pairs over Bluetooth as well as through the receiver, the same keyboard can serve a tablet on the sofa in the evening and a desktop the next morning. The keycaps pull off individually, which is worth having in a dusty, humid climate where a board collects grit between the keys.
