The full spec sheet
This is a replacement lithium-ion battery for HP laptops, sold on its own as an accessory rather than as part of a machine. When a laptop that once ran for hours starts shutting down the moment the charger is pulled out, the cells have aged out; fitting a fresh battery restores portability without replacing anything else. The types most commonly fitted are the HT03XL family, rated at around 41.9Wh and used in HP Pavilion 14-CE, 14-CF, 14-CK, 14-CM, 14-DF and 14-MA models along with the 14S-CF, 14S-CR and 14Q series, and the HS04 and HS03 family, which covers HP 240, 245, 246, 250, 255 and 256 G4 and G5 machines as well as Pavilion 14-AC, 14-AF, 14-AM and 15-AC, 15-AF, 15-AY, 15-BA, 15-BF and 15-BG models. A generic A-grade universal pack is also available for older Compaq and HP notebooks. These packs use 3 to 4 cells at 11.4V to 11.55V and are supplied new. Fit depends on the exact laptop, so check the part number printed on your existing battery, or the model number on the base of the machine, before ordering and we will match the correct type. A healthy battery matters more here than in many markets: it is what carries a laptop through load-shedding and lets you move between campus, office and home without hunting for a free socket.
